Fancy taking on one of the UK’s biggest and most iconic half marathons? Join Team WISHH for the Great North Run 2027 and help make a real difference to patients, families and staff at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or looking for a big challenge to motivate you, the Great North Run is an unforgettable experience. With an incredible atmosphere, thousands of fellow runners and crowds cheering you on along the way, it’s about so much more than the 13.1 miles.

Run for your local hospitals

Every mile you run and every pound you raise will help WISHH fund the extra touches that can make a real difference to the hospital experience.

From supporting patient and family wellbeing to improving hospital environments and providing those little extras that bring comfort during difficult times, your fundraising will help us make a difference where it matters most.

You could even choose to dedicate your fundraising to a particular ward or department that means something special to you.
