Many thanks to the Humberside Police Federation who have donated £2500 to WISHH following their Bravery Awards Evening.

Thanks to the donation, we have been able to purchase a mobility scooter for Castle Hill Hospital’s Teenage and Young Adult Unit. The scooter will support young people receiving treatment at the Queen’s Centre, helping them maintain independence and create precious memories with their loved ones.

The remaining funds will be used to support a peer support programme, enabling young people affected by cancer to come together, build friendships, reduce isolation and create positive experiences during an incredibly challenging time. 

Every donation to WISHH makes a real difference to the lives of the young people and families we support. Thank you for your kind donation which was made in memory of PC Kai Bore-McDonald.
